At Hyland's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless and stylish as the collections we curate.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed without delay.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
